Will Nuckols briefs Deputy Assistant Secretary of the Navy for Environment Don Schregardus about the waste-to-energy aspects of the tire salvage military training exercise in Florida while on an Earth Day tour of the Washington Navy Yard in Washington, DC. Later Mr. Nuckols joined DASN Schregardus and a host of Navy personel as they removed marine debris from the shoreline of the base.
